We currently ship most United States Orders via FedEx, however, another carrier may be used.
We do our best to ship your order the
same day* (Monday through Friday) or within 24 hours!
Immediate shipping may not be possible. Please allow 6 weeks or more for delivery.
If an item is not in stock, we will ship as soon as it becomes available.
*Orders placed before 11 AM Eastern Time will usually ship same business day (if items purchased are in stock).
However, Same day shipping is NOT GUARANTEED.
Additional processing time may be neccessary for some orders.
So that we can ship your merchandise as quickly as
possible, we began processing your order as soon as
you placed it. For this reason, orders cannot be changed
or cancelled once they are placed.
Orders will not be processed for shipping on the following
holidays:
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please allow
additional shipping time during these periods.
Estimated ground delivery time is 2-7 business days.
When an item is not in stock we ship it as soon as it is available.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery (Standard Ground) delivers from Tuesday-Saturday for your convenience!
FedEx Overnight and 2-Day Delivery operate Monday-Friday only. This means that Overnight and 2-Day shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday only (no weekend delivery).
Orders must be placed before 11 AM Eastern Time for Overnight and 2-Day delivery.
Our cut-off for Overnight and 2-Day delivery processing is 11 AM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 11 AM Eastern Time will be processed and
shipped the next business day.
All shipment arrival dates are estimated.
We cannot guarantee that Express Shipping (Overnight & 2-Day) is available in all delivery areas.
Your package may take longer to arrive than expected.
We do not guarantee Express Shipping (Overnight & 2-Day).
Packages are not guaranteed to arrive as scheduled. Processing of orders and shipping time may vary from expected.
We offer NO REFUNDS for late arriving packages, lost packages, shipping errors, etc., however, the Shipping Company (FedEx, etc.) will usually allow a claim to reship the package. Please contact us for information.
A signature may be required for Express Shipping (Overnight and 2-Day), so please be prepared to be available on delivery day to sign for your
package. If you will be at work during delivery hours, you might want to ship to your work address where you can accept your package and sign for it.
In some circumstances, your order may be shipped via the US Post Office.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and Military addresses. Therefore, we cannot ship orders addressed to PO Boxes.
You must provide a street address. Orders sent to Military Bases (APO Addresses), Alaska & Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Territories will be sent
via US Post Office.
Overnight and 2-Day shipping are not available for APOs,
FPOs, U.S. Territories, and international orders.
Delivery dates are our best estimates and are NOT GUARANTEED.
Express Shipping (Overnight & 2-Day) delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED to arrive within the estimated time frame.
Express delivery may not be available in all delivery areas.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for packages not arriving within the estimated time frame.
Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
rural locations, post office boxes and delivery of oversized
items.

Canadian and International Orders shipping charges are
priced by weight in pounds. International shipping costs are based on weight plus insurance coverage.
International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or customs brokerage charges. The customer is responsible for these charges.
If the customer does not pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other associated fees, Perri Skin Care reserves the right to charge these fees to the Customer's Credit Card.

Perri Skin Care will arrange shipping of the

We have no control over the shipper/carrier. The costs of shipping and handling
will be shown on your purchase receipt or invoice. Perri Skin Care will inform you of
estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays
in delivery due to events beyond its control, including lost packages, misdirected packages, shortage of
materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God.

false orders, as it will result in substantial,
