Instructions for Applying the Fruit Enzyme Peel Tie your hair back and gather together a clock or timer, and lay out a bowl, a washcloth, facial cleanser , the Fruit Enzyme Powder, and the Activator Gel. 1. Cleanse the face (and other areas you wish to peel, such as the neck, chest area, arms, hands) with the appropriate products. Use a cleanser of your choice. 2. Mix equal parts (about one tablespoon) of Fruit Enzyme Powder and (one tablespoon) Fruit Enzyme Activating Gel in a bowl and stir until a smooth paste consistency is achieved. Apply over cleansed skin with fingertips. The Fruit Enzyme Peel may even be used on other areas you wish to peel, such as the neck, chest area, arms, and hands if the skin on these areas needs some extra help. If you apply the Fruit Enzyme Peel to these other areas, adjust the amount of the mixture accordingly (for example, mix 2 tablespoons each of the Fruit Enzyme Powder and Activator Gel). 3. Apply Fruit Enzyme Peel Mixture with your fingertips or using two Q-tips held together to apply the mixture. Caution: Avoid the eyelids during the application. Be very careful not to get Fruit Enzyme Peel Mixture into the eyes. When finished applying mixture, wash mixture off fingertips and hands. 4. Using a timer or clock, allow the mixture to remain on the skin for up to 8 minutes (for dry, mature, and sensitive skin), or up to 15 minutes (for oily and problem skin). 5. When time is up, rinse thoroughly with cool water and a washcloth. Splash or dab the skin to rinse, do not rub the skin. Be careful not to let solution run into eyes. 6. When finished, apply moisturizer (and a sunscreen if it's daytime). Do not use active products, or products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids or Retin A for at least 24 hours after this procedure. You should experience minimal to no peeling after using this peel. It is formulated so the user experiences no "down-time". Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Some users of this product may experience a mild skin irritation. If irritation becomes severe, discontinue use. Consult a physician before use if Pregnant or Nursing.
