This skin friendly water-based skin pigment lightening fluid contains 2% hydroquinone, which interferes with pigment production, and azelaic acid, a natural skin lightener, to further enhance the bleaching action of the hydroquinone.

The water-based formula is extremely lightweight on the skin, leaves no residue, and is great to use under makeup, sunscreen, and treatment creams.
Do not use product containing hydroquinone if pregnant or nursing.
