Shipment & Ownership Policy:
Unless otherwise noted, Perri Skin Care will use its best efforts to ship Products within four days of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery or shipment date provided by Perri Skin Care to you is Perri Skin Care's good faith estimate. You understand that Product availability may be limited and particular Products may not be available for immediate delivery.
Perri Skin Care shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Perri Skin Care cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Perri Skin Care will arrange shipping of the Product(s) you ordered to your address. We currently ship via FedEx, however, in some circumstances your package may be sent via the US Post office.
Please allow an average of 3-7 business days for packages shipped via FedEx within the USA.
Ownership of the Product/Order passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (Post Office or Shipping Company) and risk of loss and breakage passes to you upon delivery of your Product/Order to the carrier. We have no control over the shipper/carrier. Perri Skin Care will not replace lost or misdirected packgages or be responsible for breakage unless a successful claim can be filed with the carrier to replace the package.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to misdirected or lost packages. This type of situation is beyond our control and has to be resolved with the shipping company.
Shipping fees are not refundable for lost, misdirected, or late arriving packages.
The cost of the order is not refundable due to lost, misdirected, or late arriving packages.
The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt or invoice. Perri Skin Care will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, Customs delays, or acts of God.
International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or customs brokerage charges. The customer is responsible for these charges. If the customer does not pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other associated fees, Perri Skin Care reserves the right to charge these fees to the Customer's Credit Card and/or collect though any and all means available.
All credit card transactions (payments) are final once completed. Buyer waives all rights to charge back credit card payments.
If a customer does not accept their package, returns their package, fails to pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, Customs Fees, and any other associated shipping fees, and these fees get charged back to Perri Skin Care, Perri Skin Care reserves the right, and will charge you, the customer, a collection fee of $50. or more, plus any fines, attorney fees, chargeback fees, etc.
So that we can ship your merchandise as quickly as possible, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. For this reason, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed.
We currently ship most United States Orders via FedEx, however, another carrier may be used.
FedEx Home Delivery (Standard Ground) delivers from Tuesday-Saturday for your convenience!
FedEx Overnight and 2-Day Delivery operate Monday-Friday only.
In some circumstances, your order may be shipped via the US Post Office.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and Military addresses. Orders sent to PO Boxes, Military Bases (APO Addresses), and Alaska & Hawaii and US territories will be sent via US Post Office.
Orders with PO Box addresses, APO & FPO cannot be shipped 2-day or Overnight. Please order using a street address if you need expedient shipping.
We do our best to ship your order the same day* (Monday through Friday) or within 24 hours!
*Orders placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time will usually ship same day.
When an item is not in stock we ship it as soon as it is available.
Orders must be placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time for Overnight and 2-Day delivery.
Orders will not be processed for shipping on the following holidays:
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please allow additional shipping time during these periods.
INSPECTION OF PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT:
When your order leaves here, it is in excellent shape and wrapped/packaged according to our shippers rules. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged you must notify THE SHIPPER AT ONCE AND FILE A CLAIM. The "shipper" refers to the carrier company, such as FedEx or US Post Office.
If anything is missing, you must notify Perri Skin Care at once (within 24 hours). Perri Skin Care will not consider any claim for missing items more than (2) days from the date of delivery.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped via United States Post Office or FedEx.
Canadian and International Orders shipping charges are priced by weight in pounds. International shipping costs are based on weight plus insurance coverage.
International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or customs brokerage charges. The customer is responsible for these charges. If the customer does not pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other associated fees, Perri Skin Care reserves the right to charge these fees to the Customer's Credit Card.
All prices are listed in US Dollars.
International orders are usually sent via US Post Office.
Canadian Orders are usually sent via FedEx.
Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery of International orders.
Oversize and/or heavy items may require additiality physician strength products at a discount rate. We are not offering a try before youonal shipping charges.

We reserve the right to require payment by Money Order, Certified Check or Western Union for larger orders and for orders where the customer's shipping address does not match the billing address.

Cosmeceuticals can often markedly improve skin and hair health and your appearance, but cosmeceuticals are not for everyone. If you desire a rapid and guaranteed improvement in skin or hair appearance, we believe you might be better served by techniques such as dermabrasion, laser-resurfacing, deep chemical peels or hair transplants.
By the act of entering your payment infomation, each and every customer who places an order with us has agreed to our policies, including our return policy. During checkout, there is a statement regarding your agreement with our policies:

DermaNew Systems are returnable within 30 days of purchase only.
The DermaNew Systems are defined as: the Total Body Experience System & the Personal Microdermabrasion System. All other DermaNew products are not returnable.
The cost of the DermaNew system is refundable less shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable.
The DermaNew Systems have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please contact Perri Skin Care for refund/return information for the DermaNew Systems.
Do not send a package back to us without our authorization. It will not be accepted without an authorization number. You must contact us for an authroization number and the correct return address.
With the exception of the DermaNew Microdermabrasion Systems, all sales are final.
Guarantees:

Because everyone's skin differs, no guarantee is made or implied as to precise results for any of our products.
Chargebacks:
All credit card transactions (payments) are final once completed. Buyer waives all rights to charge back credit card payments.
We do not take chargebacks lightly. We consider chargebacks to be a form of consumer fraud. If you issue a chargeback for any reason, we will charge to your credit card a fee of $50. to respond to the chargeback, and pursue the matter through an attorney and/or collection agency and any other means.
Perri Skin Care responds to and disputes each and every chargeback. Due to the time and effort involved in disputing a chargeback, any and all chargebacks issued to Perri Skin Care will involve a $50. fee charged to the Customer issuing the chargeback.
Once your package leaves our facility, you, the customer, are the owner of your merchandise.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their package, returns their package, issues a chargeback with their credit card company, fails to pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, Customs Fees, and any other associated shipping fees, and these fees get charged back to Perri Skin Care, Perri Skin Care reserves the right, and will charge you, the customer, a fee of $50. or more, plus any fines, collection expenses, attorney fees, chargeback fees, etc.
If a charge back has been issued from your credit card company, we will pursue you legally through an attorney and or/collection agency and any other means. So, even if a chargeback is issued, you will be pursued through other means until we recover the cost of the products plus any and all fees.
Any and all disputes regarding an order must be resolved or attempted to be resolved through Perri Skin Care first and foremost.
Perri Skin Care retains the right to charge the Customer's Credit Card for any and all chargeback fees in cases where the chargeback is disputed by Perri Skin Care.
